Looks like there is to be an open day up at RAAF Darwin for Ex Pitch Black 2014 on 16th Aug.
http://www.airforce.gov.au/Operations/Exer...dZR7pEZlkCqqQbx The words seem to 'promise' quote "participants from Australia, the United States Air Force, the Republic of Singapore Air Force, the Royal New Zealand Air Force, and a number of other nations". The patch shown in the article seems to show French, UAE and Thai involvment too. Also an F-18 doing a display over Mindil Beach on 14 Aug. |

It might be a Super Hornet doing that handling display.
Unsure about the Thais - I thought they were banned after last month's coup? |
